The problem
Implemented is not the same as evidenced.
Controls frequently work in practice and fail on paper. The configuration is right but nothing records it; the process happens but nobody owns it; the policy exists but does not describe what the organization actually does. Those gaps are found in the audit, at the worst possible moment and the highest possible cost.

No. Cyberneza does not audit, certify, or issue an opinion. READINESS is a review conducted before the assurance milestone so that gaps surface while they are still inexpensive to close.
Why is READINESS not given one public price?
It depends on the framework, the number of controls in scope, and the state of the existing evidence. Cyberneza scopes the work first and establishes the price before the engagement begins.
What if the review finds a lot?
That is the point, and it is far better than the alternative. The findings come with what closing each gap requires, which is what makes the remaining time usable.
